The 2 key rated Villa Canaima Apartments are situated around 300 metres from the beach, in the Matagorda district of the lively resort of Puerto del Carmen, on the southern east coast of Lanzarote.

The apartments are approximately 6km south of the capital Arrecife, 2km from the Lanzarote International Airport, and a short walk from the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1990 and extensively refurbished during the spring of 2018, the modern low rise Villa Canaima complex has a total of 31 guest rooms, offering a choice of both one and two bedroom self catering apartments, which are built over 2 floors around a large central pool area.

All apartments are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer. along with an open plan kitchenette with refrigerator, two electric cooking rings, oven and kettle, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, satellite television, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area.
