The 2 key rated Oceano Apartments are situated around 150 metres from the Playa de las Cucharas beach in the popular resort of Costa Teguise on the central east coast of Lanzarote.

The apartments are approximately 14km north of the capital Arrecife and the Lanzarote International Airport, and a short walk from the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1989 and extensively renovated during the winter of 2003, the modern low rise Oceano complex is a small development of 40 self catering studio flats that are built over 3 floors and set amidst 700m2 of sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with an open plan kitchenette with electric oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and refrigerator, and a combined lounge/dining room with sofa beds, satellite television, direct dial telephone, high speed WiFi internet access, a safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area.
