The 3 key rated Fariones Apartments are situated around 200 metres from the Playa Grande beach, in the lively resort of Puerto del Carmen on the southern east coast of Lanzarote.

The apartments are approximately 12km south of the capital Arrecife, 8km from the Lanzarote International Airport, and a short walk from the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1997 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2005, the modern low rise Fariones Apartments complex has a total of 138 guest rooms, offering a choice of both one and two bedroom self catering apartments, which are built over 3 floors, and set amidst spacious sub-tropical gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with an open plan kitchenette with 4 electric cooking rings, microwave oven and refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area.
