The 2 key rated Teneguia Apartments are situated around 400 metres from the sea front promenade, in the lively resort of Puerto del Carmen on the southern east coast of Lanzarote.

The apartments are approximately 12km south of the capital Arrecife, 8km from the Lanzarote International Airport, and a short walk from the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

The modern low rise Teneguia complex has a total of 77 guest rooms, offering a choice of both one and two bedroom self catering apartments, which are built over 2 floors around a large central pool area.

All apartments on the complex come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with electric cooking rings and refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area.
