The 2 key rated Princesa Ico Apartments are situated around 200 metres from the beach, in the quiet Timanfaya district of the otherwise lively resort of Puerto del Carmen on the south east coast of Lanzarote.

The apartments are approximately 8km south of the capital Arrecife and the Lanzarote International Airport, and a short walk from the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1985, the modern low rise Princesa Ico complex is a small development of 16 one bedroom self catering apartments, which are built over 2 floors overlooking a central pool area.

All apartments on the complex come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with marble work tops, a ceramic hob, refrigerator, electric kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, a combined lounge/dining room with safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area.

In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.
