Extensively refurbished during the winter of 2001, the modern low rise Labranda Los Cocoteros complex is a small development of 45 one bedroom self catering apartments, which are built over 4 floors around a small central pool area.

All guest rooms come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with teapot, microwave oven, toaster and coffee maker, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, satellite television, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace with exterior views.
