The 2 key rated Las Marinas Apartments are situated around 650 metres from the beach, in the Matagorda district of the lively resort of Puerto del Carmen, on the southern east coast of Lanzarote.

The apartments are approximately 6km south of the capital Arrecife, 2km from the Lanzarote International Airport, and a short walk from the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1987 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2000, the modern low rise Las Marinas complex is a small development of 44 one bedroom self catering apartments, which are built over 2 floors and set amidst almost 1,000m2 of sub-tropical gardens and sun terraces, around a central pool area.

All apartments come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area.

In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.
